Mr. DeMaagd has developed his ESOP valuation expertise over a 20-year valuation career. In his work with ESOP Trustees since 2014, he has been involved in over 100 ESOP implementation transactions.
Brian’s focus is providing ESOP transaction fairness and adequate consideration opinions, annual valuations, and valuation peer reviews for ESOP Trustees. Brian’s passion and vision is building long-term relationships with Trustees, their clients, their employee-owners, and the communities served by the companies he is privileged to work with.
One of his greatest honors was the opportunity to serve as an Officer of the Michigan Chapter of the ESOP Association for over ten years. He is a member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
