Britt joined Vision in 2019 after spending four years at the Windquest Group, Inc., a family owned private equity office in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
She graduated from Calvin College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Finance and a minor in accounting. While at Calvin, she participated in a study abroad program in Europe and she received the Women in Business scholarship and the Business Department Excellence award.
